If you consider using this stamp, congratulations, you are officially awesome. So few people in English anime fandom have seen Saint Seiya, it's sad - especially when it's a cult show in Japan and Spanish-speaking countries. It's so freaking cool though, even the dodgy-looking episodes from the eighties, and certainly the shiny new Hades arc.
Anyway, if you ever have the chance, watch Saint Seiya. And not that horribly butchered dub Cartoon Network did a few years ago. o_0
Yeah, most of the english speaking StS fandom is actually made of fans from other countries, who either fled the sometimes strange regional fandoms to regroup in the international one, or who are part of both international one and local ones. I don't see that many people actually from english speaking countries in it, although there are some more lately.
It's so hard to get hold of anything other than the manga in the US/UK. I only saw the series myself when I was living in Japan! ^_^;; It's a real shame though, because I think if it'd been properly released it could have done really well in English-speaking countries. As I understand it, there were always issues with the violence in the show. For some reason English-speaking countries had a problem with it. :/ But given how Dragonball (which can't hold a candle to Saint Seiya!) was received in the US, it's such a shame the Seiya-tachi haven't ever been given a proper release.
